Ensuring Your Safety

Provision Imaging exceeds the safety precautions outlined by the CDC with our open, convenient, and safe outpatient campus that enables us to more easily ensure proper social distancing for our patients. Exposure to other patients is greatly reduced because we are a stand-alone center. We offer additional safety and convenience with our no-touch check in  and a covered area to drop-off/pick-up patients next to our open and convenient parking lot; which is a short walk from your car, and avoids the navigation of stairs, elevators or doorways typically experienced in a parking garage.

Please be assured that the health and safety of our patients and staff is always our top priority. We are diligently following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and regional health organization recommendations to minimize the spread of COVID-19, as well as complying with all local requirements. Our goal is to be the safest and most convenient outpatient imaging facility possible.

Below you will find details about instructions as well as the procedures we are taking to protect our patients and answers to frequently asked questions.

Day of Your Appointment

  • Please arrive at your appointment unless you need a driver or care provider. If you need assistance, we ask that you limit this to one (1) person.
  • You will be met by a staff member just inside our entrance, at our check in station who will conduct patient and visitor screening prior to entry into our facility.
  • During the screening process you will be asked questions about recent travel; any symptoms of illness you may have had; and have your temperature taken.
  • Once inside, you will have the opportunity to complete any necessary registration paperwork in the waiting room. Visitors in the waiting room will be seated at least 6 feet apart.
  • If you have a confirmed, upcoming appointment with us and are experiencing a cough that is new or a fever, we request that you postpone your imaging exam until symptoms have resolved.

Additionally

  • Provision Imaging employees are wearing personal protection equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks, gowns, and eye protection.
  • We are actively practicing “social distancing” throughout our facilities.
  • We are disinfecting equipment after each use.
  • If preferred, patients may complete their registration paperwork and wait for their appointment from the comfort of their personal vehicle. We ask that you communicate  this preference when checking in and provide us your cell phone so we can call you when we are ready.
  • We have an overflow waiting room to help ensure effective social distancing.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we are taking extra precautions to ensure everyone’s safety.
